Our stay at the hotel was mixed. While we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and beautiful spa, our room felt outdated and not quite up to the standards one would expect for a five-star resort. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made a positive difference. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, with slow service and somewhat lackluster food options. Overall, there were some good aspects, but the hotel does need some improvements.
